Our in-house machined AR15 billet lower/upper receivers are machined from a solid brick of 7075-T6 aluminum—not the weaker 6061-T6 used by competitors. All critical features and dimensions are cut in a single operation, ensuring that every receiver is perfectly in spec. We then broach the magazine well for a perfect magazine fit, hand deburr, and tumble before coating.
The upper receiver is paired with a 13" 6061-T6 CNC machined billet MLOK handguard featuring superior tensile strength. Designed to endure heavy impact without throwing your optics out of alignment—because in the field, maintaining zero is non-negotiable. The handguard mates directly to the upper with anti-rotational tabs and is installed using our steel low profile barrel nut which requires no timing.
The 14.5" barrel is produced from raw bar stock to finished product with no shortcuts. Properly stress relieved after rifling with extensions torqued after nitride treatment. Our superior quality control ensures all barrels are dimensionally correct with bores well within tolerance. This model features our 14.5" barrel with muzzle device pinned and welded to 16"—providing the shortest legal length without requiring a tax stamp.

In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back.Gas tube crafted from seamless stainless steel tubing.
